The Team Lead, Media Services is a key member of the Digital Learning Environment and Support (DLES) leadership team at the University of Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team of audiovisual, production, and technology specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for students, instructors, and campus partners.

You will play an important role in shaping the future of media and audiovisual services at UVic, driving continuous improvement and innovation across classroom technology, events, facilities, and productions that support learning, teaching, and research.

This position carries an annual market adjustment of $5,700.
The salary range for this position is:
• Recruitment range: $96,850 to $106,796. Starting salary is determined in accordance with the PEA Collective Agreement.
• Performance range: Up to $125,997. Progression beyond the recruitment range is available through annual performance increases, in accordance with the PEA Collective Agreement.
